Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Royce Outerwear Prints’ services, website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Royce Outerwear Prints, a sublimation printing business located in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or place orders with us.

Service Limitations

We accept orders starting from 1 piece. Some custom items may have a minimum order of 10 pieces.

Designs should be clear, high-resolution, and compatible with sublimation printing for the best results.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and the display settings of your device.

We reserve the right to decline orders that do not comply with our policies or printing standards.

Order Process and Requirements

1. Order Placement

Orders can be placed online, via email, or in person at our facility

All custom orders require a 50% deposit unless alternative arrangements are made

Order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receipt

Large orders may require additional verification and approval time

2. Design Requirements

Designs must be provided in high-resolution format (minimum 300 DPI)

Accepted file formats: AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG

Client is responsible for ensuring design rights and permissions

We may request design modifications for optimal printing results

3. Prototype Approval

Client must approve prototype before mass production begins

Changes after production starts may incur additional charges

Prototype approval constitutes final design acceptance

Approval must be provided within 7 days of prototype delivery

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Initial Deposit: 50% of total order

Final Payment: Due upon completion

Late Payment Fee: 2% per month

ID required for pickup of fully paid orders.

Final payment due upon pickup

Quality Assurance and Returns

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials. All products undergo quality control before delivery.

Defects in printing or materials will be replaced at no charge

Color variations within industry standards are acceptable

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Photographic evidence may be required for claims

Return Policy

Custom orders are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects or errors on our part

Significant deviation from approved prototype

Damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)

Wrong items shipped

Intellectual Property

Client Responsibilities

Client guarantees they have rights to all designs and logos provided

Client indemnifies Royce Outerwear Prints against copyright infringement claims

Trademarked or copyrighted materials require proper authorization

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse orders with questionable intellectual property

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless specifically prohibited)

Our original design work remains our intellectual property

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Royce Outerwear Prints’ liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, supplier delays, or other unforeseeable events.
